This horse stable features a galvanized iron frame, which is both lightweight and tough. It's rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, tested to withstand long-term impacts from horses, ensuring excellent durability. The mesh fence has precisely controlled 50mm×50mm holes, allowing smooth ventilation to keep away mosquitoes while preventing horses from getting limbs stuck-safe and practical. The fence height is 2200mm, designed ergonomically so you can care for horses without bending or tiptoeing, making it easy and labor-saving.
(4)Productive process
This horse stable is produced with standardized processes. The galvanized iron frame uses Q235 galvanized steel, formed by CNC cutting, with a galvanized layer thickness of 80μm. Its rust resistance has passed the 72-hour salt spray test. The mesh fence is welded with 5mm diameter steel wires, the 50mm×50mm mesh holes are precisely stamped by molds, and the edges are polished smooth without burrs. The 2200mm-high fence is fixed by robotic arm welding, with uniform and full welds, and the load-bearing test can withstand 800N impact force. The closed baffle is made of 12mm high-density polyethylene board, formed by hot pressing, mixed with UV-resistant additives in the raw materials, and suitable for use in environments from -30ºC to 60ºC. All components go through three quality inspections before leaving the factory, from material hardness testing to overall assembly load-bearing testing, to ensure every detail meets professional horse-keeping requirements.
